The “cat tail and dog tail” informational forms are now located in the front of the file drawers for the dogs and cats in the front lobby. These forms are used by staff to get more information on the resident to help them find their forever home, and by volunteers looking to interact with the resident. If volunteers can take a form when they are looking at a dog or cat’s file folder, and fill it out after you have interacted with the resident, it will be a great help to that resident. The forms can then be given to front desk staff or re filed into the residents file in the drawer.
If you have any questions on these forms, please feel free to ask the front desk or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We welcome all questions!!!
